ICICI Bank vs RemitX blocked account

Greetings! Arman here. I will pursue my higher education in Germany and should get a blocked account per the rules. According to my research, I am going with ICICI or RemitX. But still need to get the exact solution regarding the dissimilarities between the ICICI and RemitX. Can anyone help?

  • Refund fee: To refund their amount, students have to pay the refund fee that varies from company to company. ICICI charges € 25-150, and RemitX charges € 89.
