Yes, a GIC amount is easily refundable in case of Visa Refusal. You need to submit your refusal letter to the bank for a refund. Then you will get a refund of CAD 10,000 in your bank account through which earlier you transferred the amount. The program fee of CA$150-CA$200 is Non-Refundable. This process takes around 2 to 4 weeks, depending on the bank. Please note that if you are planning to re-apply for a Study Visa, you can re-use the same GIC account for future applications.
