GIC Account

The GIC or Guaranteed Investment Certificate is mandatory for international students planning to Study in Canada and applying for a Canada Study Visa under the SDS program. The minimum amount for GIC should be $10,000. Usually, the bank charges service fees of around $150-$250.

Blocked Account

The blocked account is required for Germany Study Visa as mandated by the German Embassy/Authorities. So the first step is to open a Germany Blocked Account with authorized companies or banks. After primary verification, they will issue the bank account details where you have to transfer the funds. From January 1, 2023, it will be a minimum of EUR 11,208.
