The result of the ACT exam is declared after 2 business days of attempting the exam. However, if you also appeared for the Writing module, you have 2-3 weeks for evaluation after the initial result. The result of the regular ACT exam and writing module is separate.
Scores are calculated on a scale of 1-36, where 21 is the average score, and 15 is the lowest mark. Each module scores are also range between 1-36. Students getting 32-33 are more likely to be admitted to the best universities in the US. The ACT scores are valid for five years.
