Home Visa Terms & Conditions
Any person ("The Customer") who intends to avail or avails VISA or Travel Document services of the Company shall be subject to the terms and conditions as detailed below. VISA services inter-alia includes collection and review of documents, submission of VISA applications and any other ancillary services connected thereto before appropriate institutions and/or immigration authorities/Embassy.
By instructing the Company to undertake services on your behalf, the Customer is deemed to have accepted these terms and conditions. Customer also undertakes that the Customer Agreement as accepted by him/her shall also be read in conjunction with the present T&Cs and are therefore not being reproduced for the sake of brevity.
At the outset, the Customer agrees that they understand that the approval/rejection of visa, is at the sole discretion of the Embassy/High Commission before which the visa application is submitted. Abroad Cube has no role in either assessing or processing the visa application. The scope of services offered by Abroad Cube w.r.t visa and travel document services is detailed hereinbelow.
The customer undertakes to provide the documents required for the processing of the visa, promptly to Abroad Cube. The customer further undertakes that the documents submitted are genuine and further the information provided by the customer is true and correct. Abroad Cube shall bear no responsibility to verify the genuineness of the documents or the information provided. Customers are also required to provide to Abroad Cube all necessary and correct information, to allow Abroad Cube to submit application for visa processing, such information may include, but is not limited to, the Customers name, address, holiday destination, and any other information which Abroad Cube considers necessary for the purpose of processing the Customer’s visa application. Once Necessary Information is supplied by a Customer to Abroad Cube, he/she agrees for Abroad Cube to file necessary VISA/Document application along with Visa Fees/Embassy charges on its behalf to concerned consulate/embassy.
Customer also understands that once visa application is filed by Abroad Cube on their behalf, the concerned consulate/embassy/high commission, may call the Customer for a face to face, interview, at its sole discretion. Abroad Cube shall have no role to play in this process and shall promptly inform the Customer about the date, time and requirements (if any) as communicated by the concerned Embassy/High Commission.
OK TO BOARD: An "ok to board" may be required for customers travelling to UAE and other countries. Customer understands that it is the complete discretion of the concerned Airline/ department to grant or reject "ok to board".
Customers are required to provide valid communication details (mobile number/ email id) at the time of applying for the Visa / OK TO BOARD services, as these will be the only point of contact for timely update on the status of Customer Visa / OK TO BOARD application by Abroad Cube.
Abroad Cube solely acts as a facilitator for Visa and Travel document processing and is not responsible for grant or rejection of Customers Visa/Travel Document in any manner whatsoever. Issuance of VISA/Travel Document is a sole decision of concerned Embassy or Authorities and Abroad Cube cannot be held liable for the same. Abroad Cube undertakes to provide best of its VISA/Document Services. However, Abroad Cube shall not be held liable for the acts and omissions of any consulate/embassy/authorities in delaying or not issuing the VISA/Document for any reason whatsoever. Abroad Cube also cannot be held liable for any incidental cost/expenses in connection thereto incurred by the Customer.
Once Abroad Cube returns passport and documents of a Customer to him/her, it is their responsibility to check that all requisite VISAs have been obtained and details mentioned therein are correct and matches to their travel itinerary. Customer shall also check his/her personal details mentioned on the VISA/Document issued.
Customer shall also understand that, even when a VISA/Document is issued, he/she may be denied entry as it is the local immigration authorities which have a final say on entry decision and in that case Abroad Cube cannot be held liable. Abroad Cube also recommends that Customer shall secure VISA/Document prior to date of departure.
Abroad Cube will not be liable in any respect or for any loss or delay caused by events including but not limited to acts of God, weather conditions, acts of public enemies, war, strikes, civil commotions, or acts or omissions of public authorities (including passport and embassy consular officials).
Customer also agrees that in case of rejection, if Customer wishes to reapply/appeal against rejection of the Visa, Abroad Cube shall do the same strictly pursuant to the instructions of the Customer. The reapplying/appeal shall be a fresh transaction and the Customer will be liable to pay the applicable fee for such reapplying/appeal process alongwith service fee to Abroad Cube. Unless otherwise applied by the Customer, Abroad Cube will not initiate reapplication of any Visa application.
In certain cases, the third party vendor appointed by Abroad Cube may refuse to submit the customer's visa application basis the credentials of a customer, which may be decided on the basis of the documents submitted by the customer. This will be done only in cases where the vendor is of the opinion that there exists a substantial risk of the visa being rejected. In such cases, if certain additional documents are required, the same will be informed to the customer and the application would be submitted if the documents are found to be in order. However, if the application is not submitted by the vendor, the visa/document fee shall be refunded but the Service Fee of Abroad Cube shall remain nonrefundable.
For visa applications and travel documents where submission of passports is required, Abroad Cube shall take all necessary steps to ensure that the passport is safely delivered to the customer. However, the Customer agrees and undertakes that Abroad Cube shall in no way be held liable if the passport is lost in transit or misplaced by the logistics service provider.
The Customer agrees to pay Abroad Cube a service fee towards the cost of providing the services of submitting the application on the Customer's behalf to concerned embassy. The Service Fee will be paid in addition to the Visa fees, Embassy charges and other similar fees by whatever name called or as prescribed by the respective Nation.
Customer is liable to pay the Service Fee at the time confirmation is given by him/her to avail services of Abroad Cube. Embassy fees/taxes/other charges which are not there under the control of Abroad Cube are subject to changes made by Embassies/Government Authorities without prior notice to Abroad Cube, and Abroad Cube cannot be held liable for this.
In addition to the aforesaid any charges for logistics, i.e. pick up of documents, collection of passport etc. or any courier charges shall be in addition to the fees mentioned above.
Customer agrees that once a Booking ID or Order ID for a visa application is generated, the Service Fee or Processing Fees of Abroad Cube shall be non-refundable. However, the visa fee maybe refundable only till such time the application is filed after deducting basic Transaction Fees. Once the application has been submitted to the concerned embassy/high commission, visa fee will be non-refundable. The aforesaid is as per the guidelines of the embassy/high commission and Abroad Cube has no control or authority over it.
The countries for which the visa application services are being offered is mentioned in the visa section of the desktop site and the mobile app. The list of countries is subject to change at the discretion of Abroad Cube.
Abroad Cube reserves the right to change the terms, conditions, and notices under which the Abroad Cube websites are offered, including but not limited to the charges. The Customer is responsible for regularly reviewing these T&Cs.
Abroad Cube hereby expressly disclaims any implied warranties imputed by the laws of any jurisdiction or country other than those where it is operating its offices. Abroad Cube considers itself and intends to be subject to the jurisdiction only of the courts of Bathinda, Punjab, India.
