Exam Registration

Here are the simple steps you have to follow to book your CELPIP exam in India.

1. Create your CELPIP account.
2. Log in to the account using your Email address and Password.
3. Click on "Register For a CELPIP General Test"
4. Select the Test Center.
5. Select the region and city for your exam.
6. Give a reason for taking the test.
7. Fill in personal details and your permanent address for shipping your hard copy of your score (only if applied)
8. Pay the examination fee through Indian payment methods such as Debit/Credit Card, UPI, NetBanking etc.

Exam Fees

The fee for a CELPIP General test in India is Rs 12,797, including GST. However, it costs CA$280 + taxes in Canada. Applicants who want to attempt CELPIP General LS Test for the citizenship application and professional designation must pay CA$195 and applicable taxes in Canada.

What to bring on Exam Day?

All the test takers should bring the documents mentioned below with them. If you are not with these documents, you might not be allowed to sit in the exam during Check-in, and the examination fee will not be refunded as per the policy of CELPIP.

Methods of Payment

Paragon Testing Enterprises accepts the CELPIP exam fees in India through widely accepted payment methods such as Credit cards, Debit Cards, Net Banking, Wallets (Paytm), UPI, Rewards, EMI, and Pay later.

Reschedule CELPIP Test

Candidates who have registered for a Test and cannot take it for any reason can reschedule or cancel the exam, as they have both options. Still, there are some rules and regulations. If you submit the request seven days before your test date, the exam will be scheduled, but you have to pay more than CAD$50 as an application fee. Suppose a candidate submits the request form in less than 7 days. In that case, you must tell them the valid reason for rescheduling your exam and the evidence. It will further depend upon Paragon. They will grant your request or refuse your request.

Cancelling CELPIP Test

To cancel your exam, You have to request Paragon to cancel your exam through your CELPIP account, which you have created for exam registration. If applicants request Paragon at least 7 days before their test date, they will get 50% of their total examination fee. If you cancel your exam within 7 days of the exam scheduled date, your request will be granted by Paragon Testing Enterprises, but you will not be eligible for any refund.

Steps to Reschedule or Cancel the CELPIP exam

1. Log in to your CELPIP account using your Email address and Password.
2. Under the headline "Upcoming Test", Click on the "Action" button.
3. Select "Transfer to a Different Sitting" and choose the new Center, Date, and Time.

CELPIP's Retake Policy

You can attempt the CELPIP exam as many times as possible. But you cannot schedule more than 1 exam within 4 days. Even if you try, your exam will be automatically cancelled.
