Please note you are not required to carry personal stationary or water bottle as they provide it.
To reschedule or cancel your TOEFL exam, you must request it at least 4 days before the exam date. To reschedule, you must pay an additional Rs 5900 as Test Rescheduling charges before booking the new exam date. For cancellation, you will receive only a 50% refund of the exam fees paid, and the rest will be retained for processing your registration and holding your seat at the Test Center. If you request rescheduling or cancellation within 4 days of your exam date, you will not receive any refund.
If your exam is rescheduled or cancelled by ETS for any reason, you are eligible for a Free reschedule or Full Refund.

Here is the process of Rescheduling and Cancellation of TOEFL exam
The test-taker can retake the TOEFL exam as many times as they wish, but students cannot take the exam more than once in 3 days as per the rules and regulations of ETS. If the candidates are already registered for the exam, they cannot book again in 3 days. After 3 days, students can take as much as they can.
