According to the ETS TOEFL iBT website, the test fees for Vietnamese students are USD 220, equivalent to đ5.800.000 for both the TOEFL iBT Test Centre and Home Edition. The Fee includes applicable taxes, and it must be paid online on the TOEFL iBT website to book the test appointment at least one day in advance. The TOEFL charges an express fee of USD 49 for booking a test date within the next 7 days. Other than that, there are fixed charges for Cancellation, Rescheduling, Score Reporting and Express Result. The TOEFL test fees can be paid by students using a credit card, PayPal, or wallets such as Alipay, GCash, TrueMoney, Dana, TouchNGo, Naverpay, Boost, Rabbit Line Pay, BPI, billease Doku, Kredivo, and TossPay, etc., in Vietnam.

To register for the TOEFL Test in Vietnam, you have to complete the following simple registration process.
The TOEFL test centres are located in major cities of Vietnam, including Hanoi, HCM City, and DaNang. There are about 3 TOEFL Exam Centres in VietName. Each Test Center has 1-3 dates available in a month. The test center has only a 09:00 AM test slot available. The test centers located in Vietnam have only Satuday and Sunday available for the exam.

The TOEFL test score is valid for 2 years from the date of the test appointment. You can download the test score report from your Official TOEFL account after 4-8 days of the test appointment.
Once you submit the test appointment, it will take 4-8 working days to get your result, irrespective of the test mode - Home Edition or Test Centre. You can also purchase an Express Score service at an additional fee of USD 100. With this service, you will get the result within 24 Hours.
Score Reporting
With each TOEFL test appointment, you can send test scores to a maximum of 4 Universities or Agencies for FREE. You must choose the free universities at least one day in advance, by 10 PM. Afterwards, the charge per Institution/Agency will be USD 25, and it will take four working days to send the scores once you place an order on the TOEFL website.
