To book your IELTS exam online in India, you can pay through multiple Online and Offline payment methods.
You can reschedule your IELTS exam date without submitting any reason if you still have at least 34 days till the exam date. You can also reschedule up to 9 days before the exam date if you have any medical emergency by uploading the supporting documents, such as Medical Certificate, Police FIR, Death/Cremation Certificate, or Passport renewal receipt. After raising the rescheduled request, the IDP will verify your request and initiate you through SMS and Email. The fee for rescheduling the IELTS exam in India is between Rs 3000 - Rs 4550.
The rescheduling fees for IELTS On Paper and IELTS On Computer are Rs 4500, including taxes; however, it is Rs 4550 for the UKVI version.

If you cancel your exam at least 34 days from the scheduled date. In that case, you do not need to submit any supporting document or reason for cancellation. Otherwise, you can raise a request to cancel your exam at least 15 days from the exam, and the cancellation request is subject to approval. The refund will be processed within 8-10 working days.
The cancellation fees for IELTS On Paper and IELTS On Computer are Rs 4500, including taxes, if Cancelled at least 9 days before the scheduled exam date; however, they are Rs 4550 for the UKVI version. For less than 9 days, they will charge 100% of the Fees as Cancellation, and the test-taker will receive no refund. The refund will be processed within 10-14 days in the original payment method.

The test-taker can send up to 5 Test Score Reports electronically for FREE to the University/College/Institution of their choice. To send more Test Score Reports, you have to pay an administrative fee of Rs 300 per University. You can select multiple universities in a single request and can send only one request in 24 Hours. Therefore, ensure that you choose all required Universities in a single request to avoid a lock-in period.
