In BCIT’s two-year Marketing Management diploma program, students will first concentrate on developing a solid understanding of core business concepts that apply across fields and industries. This includes integrated marketing and communications for global and local markets, computer skills and internet marketing basics, business communications, technical sales, economics, business math, and accounting practices.
Students will not only learn from successful professionals, they’ll build a solid business education foundation that will be applicable in all of their future endeavors.
The first year of Marketing Management allows students to explore a variety of marketing topics, gain a general business education, and attend industry events in Year 1 before deciding on a marketing concentration, called an option.
In the second term of First Year students will be invited to select one of 5 specializations: Entrepreneurship, Marketing Communications, Professional Real Estate, Professional Sales, and Tourism Sales and Marketing.
