This program is designed to enhance students ability to sell products or services to consumers, the commercial market, and to professional buyers. The program focuses on analyzing buyer needs, planning detailed and effective presentations, and developing students professional oral and written skills. The program also covers managing a sales force, trade show sales, segmenting business markets, and customer service.
With the essential sales techniques students learn in this program, they’ll build upon a basic foundation of skills to develop more effective, successful sales abilities. Upon graduation, they’ll be prepared to propel their career with stronger communication skills, negotiation abilities, sales force management, and more. Additionally, students will be able to apply their course credits toward further training to broaden their knowledge and help them reach even more career opportunities.
