Students can take their management skills to the next level with a Post-Degree Diploma in Project Management. In this one-year program, students will learn the project management theories, tools and techniques needed to meet project goals on time and on budget, while maintaining high standards. Graduates will be prepared to take on roles such as construction manager, engineering manager, property administrator, IT project manager and more.
In the Business Internship Program, students will apply the theory and knowledge they learned in class into a real-world business setting. To be accepted into the internship program, students must contact the Career Centre early in their studies at Douglas College.
Graduates will have the knowledge and skills to sit the following Project Management Institute certification exams: Certified Associate in Project Management (CAPM), Project Management Professional (PMP) and Project Management–Agile Certified Practitioner (PMI-ACP).
