As part of the MSc Human Resource Management course, students will learn how to perform effectively as a people management practitioner across a range of business diverse environments and sectors. They'll develop knowledge and understanding of strategic people management and managerial and business practices.
Learners will critically evaluate and apply theory and techniques to a range of complex issues, problems and situations and they'll gain a strategic perspective on people management practice in external and internal business contexts.
This Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development (CIPD) accredited Master's course allows students to practice making ethical and informed quantitative and qualitative professional judgements and develop creativity and transferable skills to use in organizational and professional settings with awareness of inclusivity, sensitivity to equality, diversity and culture.
Students will be taught by experienced, highly qualified and dedicated teaching team. They will have access to a wide range of university facilities and resources. Learning will have a strong focus on employability.
