The BA in Biology degree program is designed for students who want to pursue a non-scientific career that may require a significant background in the biological sciences.
Your BA allows you to cultivate a deep knowledge base in biology, and also provides a greater liberal arts background than a bachelor of science degree. Possible careers that benefit from this degree approach include science education, scientific journalism, and legal areas such as environmental and patent law.
What is a pathway program?
A pathway program lets you start your studies at Pace's campus, while you raise your English language proficiency for full-time degree studies. You will take a combination of university-level English language classes and credit-bearing academic courses. By successfully completing your Pace pathway program, you are guaranteed a place in a full-time degree at the University, with no extra required tests or other qualifiers.
Please note: That admission is only guaranteed upon the successful completion of the pathway program. This means that all expected progression requirements must be met as highlighted by Pace University in order to gain acceptance into your desired degree program.
