Students will develop an art practice in a supportive, collegiate and nurturing environment, thanks to University of Dundee's student-centered approach to research, learning and teaching. Students will have the opportunity to work across the traditionally medium‐defined boundaries imposed by many fine art programmes. In this highly interdisciplinary course, Dundee encourages interaction between disciplines by exploring visual knowledge and expression across a range of platforms.
Throughout the course students will build upon and develop practical making and research skills to explore current attitudes and phenomena in the context of contemporary art practice. Through lively debates, both in physical and digital communities, students will strengthen their ability to self‐evaluate, through reflective practice and cumulative progression.
