Directly aligned to the CIPD’s knowledge requirements, the MSc in Human Resource Management offers learners the opportunity to build their network. Students will be studying as part of a community of students with a rich mix of professional experiences which will enhance their awareness.
This 45 weeks full time programme is designed to develop strategic thinking skills as students deepen their understanding of how human resource management creates competitive advantage for organizations.
The MSc Human Resource Management is a full-time, fast track to CIPD membership. Students will study alongside part-time students who are also practitioners; this creates a rich learning community, where professional experiences can be shared and discussed. The course places a strong emphasis on active learning and business application to complement theory.
Students will have the opportunity to attend an employment tribunal or other HR related events; they will also be required to attend on-campus CIPD events to enhance their knowledge and expand their professional network.
