International Business Management at University of Surrey at Main

The International Business Management MSc course will teach students how to manage a multinational business. They’ll learn how to develop and implement global strategies, and how to make companies of any size truly international. This MSc has been accredited by the Association to Advance Collegiate Schools of Business (AACSB). A particular highlight of the programme is the Global Strategy Implementation module, where students will learn about internal and external influential factors on the implementation of global strategies, process of strategy implementation, techniques for implementing strategy, barriers to strategy implementation, and the ways in which to avoid failure in the implementation of these strategies.

Job positions for International Business Management graduates include multinational manager, regional manager, country manager, HQ-subsidiary coordinator, strategic business analyst, business development manager, management consultant in international business and supply chain manager.
