The International Business Management MSc course will teach students how to manage a multinational business. This MSc has been accredited by the Association to Advance Collegiate Schools of Business (AACSB). A particular highlight of the programme is the Global Strategy Implementation module, where students will learn about internal and external influential factors on the implementation of global strategies, process of strategy implementation, techniques for implementing strategy, barriers to strategy implementation, and the ways in which to avoid failure in the implementation of these strategies.
