Ultimately, this graduate certificate program will promote the global mindset required to lead in an increasingly diverse business world.
The program incorporates a blend of assessments, including case studies, problem-based learning, collaborative group work, self-reflections, and individual projects. Students are exposed to real-world leadership issues throughout their coursework, culminating in a capstone project where students will be given the opportunity to work on solving real problems facing industry.
