Commercial transactions are the core of all business activity. Recent global events, including the failure of the Trans-Pacific Partnership, Brexit, and growing trade tensions between the United States, Europe, and China highlight the importance of a rules-based international order for trade and commerce. This course will expose you to the numerous contemporary issues that exist in international commercial law, and provide you with the opportunity to develop your knowledge and understanding of these issues; as well as enhancing your critical awareness of international commercial law.
