Sheridan College's Business – Marketing program prepares students for an exciting career in marketing, advertising, promotion or sales. Through collaborative assignments, hands-on applications, case analyses and industry projects, students will develop a strong marketing skillset. When students graduate, they will have first-hand knowledge of various marketing concepts, including analysis, planning, selling, report writing, graphics, presentations, social media and promotion.
Students will learn about those areas during a foundational first year, studying topics such as accounting, finance, human resources and communications. Understanding students' company’s strategies and challenges will help them write better marketing plans and recommend actions to keep their organization competitive.
