Students will have the chance to engage with external heritage organizations and gain practical, hands-on experience with staff projects in heritage and public history.
A range of stimulating and relevant modules are available to choose, covering topics from Ancient Egypt, Greece, and Rome to contemporary local history.
In the second part of the course, students have a choice of a 60-credit practice-based dissertation project, or a 60-credit written dissertation project.
