This unique MA/MSc International Music Management course will help students challenge current approaches, structures and business models in the music business, to critically evaluable trends and draw upon best practice - all in order to excel within the global music market.
With some of the biggest selling artists now originating from non-English speaking countries, such as Korean groups BTS and Blackpink, and the Latin American market, language is no longer a barrier to achieving international success. As such, this course is designed to prepare students for careers around the world and to develop the ability to market and distribute music product internationally.
This course, taught at the UCA's Business School for the Creative Industries, will enable students to choose from a whole range of career paths, including artist management, international marketing, strategic development, social media marketing, eCommerce, record company marketing, supply chain management, music publishing, music tech companies, start-ups and consultancy.
