The University of Essex's Master of Business Management (MBM) provides knowledge of the main functional areas within organisations, their structure and processes and the changing environments they operate in. This degree will develop the students' quantitative skills in analysing financial data, so they can make informed decisions to solve complex business challenges.
Students will learn how to formulate strategies to meet performance objectives, as well as how to manage and allocate resources to sustain competitive advantage.
