In the Bachelor of Arts - Psychology program, students will delve into the powerful innerworkings of the human mind and explore how it works and how it affects behavior. They will analyze the emotions and motivations of individuals and groups. Students will learn what makes people human and how the principles of psychology can be used to improve life.
Students will gain a broad understanding of psychological theory and methodology that will prepare them for their chosen career or to pursue graduate studies in psychology.
Students can declare psychology as their major or minor (co-op optional) or as an area of concentration in the BA general program. They can choose an independent study or undergraduate honours thesis option to add to their learning experience.
