UNB Saint John is proud to offer Canada’s first business development and sales specialization as part of its one-year intensive MBA Program.
The program is designed to create business development and sales professionals who are competing and winning in an environment where business development is fueled by professional sales.
Students will take their career to the next level with courses in the art of negotiation, the value of data analytics and the science of decision-making.
The negotiation courses will equip students to understand the causes and consequences of conflict, explore methods of reducing the occurrence of conflict, examine conflict resolution models, and understand and apply negotiation and dispute resolution principles.
The data analytics course will provide students with the foundational knowledge of analytics and data-driven decision-making, empowering professionals from C-suite executives to front-line salespeople to solve problems and make strategic decisions.
Students will also take a deep dive into behavioural economics to understand how consumers make decisions and how to manage interactions through the decision-making process.
Full time students will also have the opportunity to gain hands on experience by working with a company or organization on a business consulting project as part of their program.
