It all begins with people. They are hired, trained, and inspired. That’s what human resources is all about.
By specializing in Human Resources Management with an honours or concentration, students will learn how to attract, motivate, and retain the right people for their organization. Students will also learn how to establish workplace ethics, codes of conduct, training programs, employee handbooks, and reward programs and how to consult with top executives about policy and planning. UNB’s BBA with honours in Human Resources Management is formally recognized by the Society for Human Resource Management.
Students will learn from top-notch instructors recognized nationally and internationally for teaching and research. Small class sizes lead to greater interaction between students, their instructors, and their peers.
