Our International Commercial Law LLM reflects international business in its diversity, innovation, and contemporary relevance. It explores transactional, regulatory and dispute resolution issues, as well as shipping, finance and access to markets. We examine how an increasingly globalised economy requires commercial law to meet a variety of challenges.

You are taught by specialists in these areas from our Commercial Law Centre, so our teaching is informed by the latest research.
