Develop the statistical methods and specialist software skills that are needed to handle and interpret large datasets documenting human behaviour.
The statistical training will teach students the latest advanced techniques including structural equation modelling, multilevel modelling and generalised linear models (using R software). During the psychological research methods training, students will learn a broad range of research techniques from behavioural genetics, diary study methodologies, neuroimaging and qualitative interviews, before bringing it all together during the Research Project with Advanced Statistics.
