The Communication, Media, and Film and Political Science combined program allows students to study and explore a wide range of topics in both disciplines.
Through political science, students will study power – who holds it, how it is exercised, how students can influence and gain access to power, and how lives are influenced by politically important institutions and individuals.
When combined with communication, media, and film, students can be at the centre of exploring the most dynamic changes in an increasingly complex media landscape as well as the broader cultural, social economic, and political implications of contemporary and emergent technologies.
This program blends theory and practice and teaches students the skills necessary to interpret and critically engage this media saturated world.
