The Business and Project Management Post-Degree Diploma prepares international students for a career in business and project management. Students are provided with practical and experiential learning opportunities and will learn the fundamental and foundational concepts and methodologies of business project management. Students learn to apply strategies and processes in initiating, planning, executing, monitoring and controlling, and closing projects.
Students also learn to manage risks to reduce project uncertainties and other specific skills such as the ability to optimize the project outcomes, apply strategies for managing stakeholders’ needs and expectations, and implement effective communication plans to ensure project success. Graduates of this program may find employment in project management positions in different fields.
