PNW values academic excellence, support growth, and celebrate diversity.

PNW’s five colleges offer more than 70 areas of study for undergraduate and graduate students. PNW is accredited by the Higher Learning Commission, and is consistently recognized among the best regional universities in the U.S. News & World Report Best Colleges rankings.

PNW's determined students — many of whom are the first in their families to attend college — make the most of this rich range of resources. The Hammond campus is only 30 miles from Chicago and the Westville campus is only 15 miles from the Indiana Dunes National Park. PNW's impact also extends well beyond the region.
